TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rental rates are based upon a maximum of 8 hours of operation per 24-hour day, 40 hours per 7-day week, and 160 hours per 28-day (4-week) period. Overtime hours will be prorated. All equipment is subject to availability.
A cleaning fee will apply for excessive concrete, asphalt, or animal waste.
All rates do not include taxes, Rental Protection Plan fees, or delivery and/or pickup charges.
PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT. If liability insurance is not provided, a Rental Protection Plan fee of 15% will be applied to the total equipment rental charge.
No hourly rates; a one-day minimum applies. Rental charges are calculated from time out to time returned. Customers will be charged per gallon for machines not returned full of fuel.
All prices are FOB our facilities. Delivery and pickup are available for an additional charge—please ask for rates. Any abuse or damage to rental equipment will be invoiced to the customer accordingly. Fuel is not provided during the rental period.
Bobcat Equipment Group of Nebraska Responsibility
• To furnish the machine in working condition FOB lessor’s yard.
• To cover any major repair or breakdown due to defects in material or workmanship.
• Rental rates are subject to change—see dealer for details.
Customer’s Responsibility
• To properly maintain the machine (including greasing, oil changes, filter changes, and fuel supply) and return it in the same condition as received, except for normal wear. Any mechanical problems must be reported to the dealership. Necessary tire repairs are the customer’s responsibility.
• To accept full responsibility for any damage due to abuse or neglect of the equipment and assume full liability for all actions resulting from machine use.
• To properly secure the equipment during the rental period.
